Emotional Support + Space Holding. Newborn care Education + support. Home upkeep, Light Tidying, and Pet Care. Breast-feeding, pumping + formula support. Curating a postpartum plans suited for you and the wellness of your new family. Building a Postpartum Network with you of other health practitioners and wellbeing support people + resources. Newborns take time adjusting to life outside of the womb; parents take time adjusting to caring for newborns! The hormonal shift after having a baby is the biggest shift (in the shortest amount of time) that you will ever experience in your entire lifespan. I offer in-home meal preparation to help families feel less overwhelmed about meals in this season of life.
