Birth doula fee: $400 Fee details: I also donate my time to couples who can no afford my fees and have been given donations or extra money for the quality of my support. Everyone deserves a doula! The fee includes a free first visit and 4 other visits as well as a belly cast, support for the labor and delivery as well as one postpartum visit.
