Client Testimonials for Lindsay Brereton
Gina Ault
The birth of my second son on March 15, 2011 was incredibly trying, but Lindsay rooted me on in such a gentle manner (which I needed a lot of by the final hours of my 27 hour labor). She also was very supportive to our 8 year old son, who needed much love and attention during this time. I began as a homebirth and had to finally throw in the towel and transfer to the hospital. I was having a very difficult time facing this reality. Lindsay reassured me that I knew what was best for my baby and I. There was no judgement, just genuine acceptance and understanding. When we returned home from the hospital, Lindsay came over the very next day. She checked in with our breastfeeding progress, she started up dinner for our family and even took on my emotionally dreded job of cleaning out and packing up the birth tub. I could never thank her enough for all the peace she brought to my life, to my family's life during such a crazy time. I'm forever grateful for her.

Lindsay was with us for the birth of our son on January 17, 2011. She was an amazing support to me during my pregnancy, all through labor and delivery (at 2:00 a.m. no less!), and kept supporting us afterward too! She had so many helpful and natural solutions to the pregnancy discomfortas and problems I experienced, from heartburn to depression to natural ways to induce labor. When my water broke, I called Lindsay and she actually beat us to the hospital and helped us navigate the L&D unit. She was a huge support and we felt so comfortable with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Lindsay was an amazing support to us at the birth of our son in January of 2011. She provided me a lot of helpful support throughout my pregnancy, including a variety of suggestions for calming heartburn, combatting depression and natural ways to help get labor rolling (all green-lighted by my CNM too). When I went into labor, Lindsay actually got to the hospital before we did. She helped us navigate the labor and delivery unit, and brought all sorts of helpful things I would never have thought of, including essential oils for calming and nausea (and they really did work!). She was so encouraging throughout labor and delivery, and helped keep a timeline of the process so I could remember everything. Best of all, she made us feel so comfortable the whole time. She is an awesome doula and a great friend, and I just can't recommend her highly enough!!

Lindsay was a real asset to have! She is very knowledgeable and can draw upon her own personal experiences from her two very different births. She is a calming energy to have around - even though I ended up having a C-section, she was able to be there with me through the whole process and I'm really glad she was. All in all, she really knows her stuff and I felt very confident in having her with me during this huge transitional process of becoming a mom.
