Birth doula fee: $450 to $700 Postpartum doula hourly rate: $30 Fee details: My fee for a birth is $350. This includes weekly/monthly visits up until birth, all care during birth, and up to 3 hrs after birth. My fee for BOTH a birth and 30 hrs of post partum care is $700. For solely post partum care I charge hourly. Fees are negotiable.
