Nest + Rest provides physiologic postpartum doula services throughout Greater Cleveland & Akron. I specialize in mother and family-centered care. I support your journey through this time of transition by holding loving, nonjudgmental space, and helping you tune into what is uniquely right for you, your baby, and your family. Services vary depending on individual needs but can include: breastfeeding/pumping support or formula support, postpartum nutritional guidance, meal prep, postpartum vaginal steaming, warm oil gentle kneading, infant care education, light housework, babywearing support, caring for your newborn while you rest, emotional support, and more!
