My family and I used Karen's postpartum doula services after the birth of our twin daughters. She was incredibly helpful, supportive, and patient with my long list of new-parent questions. She has experience with Premies, twins, and special dietary needs which is a hard combination to find in a doula. Karen fit into our family seamlessly and her gentle nature was a welcome presence in our home. With Karen's guidance I felt more confident in caring for my newborns.

Karen was the biggest blessing to our family. I had never even heard of a postpartum doula before, but I knew 6 weeks after my twins were born that I needed some help. She helped my family until my twins were 6 months old. She was wonderful with the babies and a great person to talk to. She helped me find answers to any questions and concerns I had. When she was at my house, I felt so relaxed. She helped me take care of the babies, catch up on chores, and she cooked me a meal everyday. She helped me through the toughest time in my life and I will forever be greatful!!!
