Attends hospital births? All Hospitals We encourage clients to prepare a birth plan for all hospital births. Attends birth center births? No Birth Centers We have no birth centers in SK yet, however I have two private birth or labour rooms and/or birth pool rentals available to families who are coming into Saskatoon to birth in hospital or with the Health Region Midwives. You do not have to have a doula to acess this, but it is recomended.
Attends home births? Any Home Birth I am very comfortble in a homebirth setting. Most of our doulas will attend homebirths.
Birth doula fee: $875 to $1025 Fee details: All my clients receive childbirth eduction classes as a part of the package. I own Birth Rhythms, and run a mentorship program for doulas who want to pursue birth work full time. Birth Rhythms usualy has between 6-10 doulas available.
We do have flexibility in our fees for families with special circumstances.
