Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I have been trained to work in a variety of different birth settings. Most people choose a hospital for their care and I will be there to support the birth plan of the mother/family. I am respectful of hospital staff and care providers and I support their medical decisions. I will be able to provide you with information regarding various interventions used in hospital, upon request, and am comfortable supporting women who choose pain medication/epidural as well as mothers who choose natural birth. I will meet you at home in early labor to support you before you decide to go to the hospital. The birth of your baby is very important to you and to me as well! I will be there to help preserve your memories of this incredible experience!
Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
If a birth center is right for you and your family, I think it can be a great alternative to a hospital. I am very comfortable working in this environment.
Attends home births? Any Home Birth
I am familiar with home-birth. Many committed mothers and families enjoy the freedom and tranquility of this environment. I am comfortable supporting your home-birth!
