I have worked with Danielle for two births now, I would never hire anyone else! She is amazing, knowledgeable, and such a sweet person. No matter what you're looking for out of your doula, she is THE ONE! She talks through what you think you'll need most support on day of, and comes with sooo many bags to make sure you have everything you need. She explains the doctor talk to you, and makes you feel calm and relaxed. I love her! ???? Do yourself a favor and stop your search here.

Danielle was the absolute BEST asset I could have prayed for on my birth team. Being a first time mom, not knowing what truly to expect with labor and delivery I felt so supported every step of the way. I was able to text her any and all questions and especially the day I was going into labor when I wasn't sure if it was real or practice contractions, she checked in on me and gave me tools along the way.

She also was a great partner and support for my husband so that he felt he could be my rock but also what would be helpful. He didn't quite understand the need for a double until we were in labor and he even said that he was grateful to have had her there for both my support and his!

Postpartum she was also amazing!! Checking in on us and coming by the next day it was nice to have someone who was there with us check in and walk me through what to do/expect next for a first time postpartum mom. Again, I never felt like I was alone since I could text her postpartum questions that I wasn't sure about!

If you are in the Phoenix area and are looking for someone you can trust and feel comfortable and supported during your birth journey SHE IS YOUR GAL! HIGHLY recommend.

Sunshine Doula Services was recommended to me and more specifically Danielle was recommended. I am so grateful that I had her be a part of my birth team, especially being a first time mom!

After I first met with Danielle I told my partner she was going to be our doula. Instantly from our first conversation I knew she was it. She was so knowledgeable and down to earth. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease about giving birth since I was afraid of it.
She was always available when I needed her and always had an answer to whatever question I had.

When we had our meeting at 36 weeks I was so appreciative of everything she provided to help us prepare. Even my partner said he felt comfortable and that it felt as if she was one of our friends helping us throughout the process.

My pregnancy wasn't easy and I was afraid of having a traumatizing birth experience as well but it didn't go that way at all. Danielle was amazing at pushing me, comforting me, making sure I had what I needed  and making sure that it went as well as it did. Towards the end I was exhausted and felt I couldn't do it anymore, but Danielle's voice and words of encouragement was what I heard and what got me through it. Danielle took beautiful pictures and gave a detailed and heart warming birth timeline that I am so happy we have to remember our very special day.

She also made sure I received my placenta capsules asap so I could get started with that and I'm so grateful because I believe it truly has helped with my breast milk production. I was getting about 3-4oz by day 4 postpartum.

We are so grateful for her and can't thank her enough for everything that she did to help us through the process of bringing our sweet baby girl into this world. I would recommend a doula to everyone and more specifically Danielle!  She's the best and worth it to have a amazing birth experience!

My experience with Danielle was amazing. From beginning, during, and after she was a safe space for both myself and my husband. I was definitely one of those mothers who thought a doula wouldn't make a difference but as a first time mom I thought I would give it a try anyway. I am now a believer! During delivery she was the perfect guide, supported me while simultaneously supporting my family in the room, and did it all so effortlessly. Danielle I cannot thank you enough!

Working with Danielle at Sunshine Doula services was an absolute dream. She truly helped my birthing experience to be my best experience yet, and I owe her so much credit for that. Because of her I felt empowered and was truly without fear. She advocated for me and always had the optimism, wisdom and advice i needed. This was not my first child, but i still knew I wanted and needed the support of a Doula. I had my mom and my husband, and I had done natural childbirth before, yet i STILL knew I wanted a Doula. If I have another chil I will be using them again !

Truly can't say enough good things about Danielle. She was such a huge reason why we had the dream birth experience that we did! Throughout pregnancy she provided us with a ton of education and was always happy to answer any questions I had- no matter what time of day or night it was. At our birth she supported me both physically and emotionally, and also supported my husband which was so important to us. She was an amazing advocate for us and I am so grateful to have had her as part of our team!

When I first met Danielle, I knew instantly I had found my Doula! I ended up changing providers after speaking with her about the birth I wanted - and she helped give me a list of providers who would help me accomplish that. We formed the most rockstar team!

She is the most supportive person, and our personalities fit so well together. I'm beyond impressed with her knowledge and can honestly say I couldn't have hired a better doula. I had planned for a natural birth - but ended up having a cesarean section because of some last minute pregnancy complications.

She and my midwife showed up and were the best cheer team ever! She held my hand while my husband couldn't (when he was with the baby in the warmer) she talked to me through the whole thing, took photos and made sure I could cry and walked me through whatever was going on.

Honestly even though we had an unexpected type of birth, we did everything in our power to make it our own - something intentional. We chose a few songs that were meaningful and distracting to play in the OR, and Danielle made it happen. Our birth was so beautiful and I know that it Danielle was a big reason why I felt so supported and happy with everything at the end. I know my team did everything humanly possible to avoid a C Section - and did everything in their power to make it beautiful for me. I would absolutely make sure Danielle was my doula if I do it again - and wouldn't have it any other way.

Where to even start.... I am so grateful to have found Danielle and to have had her as a doula for my second birth. My first birth was very traumatic and scary and I wanted to avoid that at all costs with my second. Danielle prepared me, was on the phone with me when my fears and anxieties got the worst of me, and was an incredible energy during my birth. The moment she walked into the hospital room I just felt the energy shift from "I'm going to die of pain" to "I am woman hear me roar, I can do this".  I'm done having babies but if I wasn't, I would have her be my doula time and time again. She is increíble!

I knew I wanted a doula when I made the decision to deliver at a birth center and go the natural birth route. My best friend had delivered all natural at a birth center in CO 2 years prior and kept raving about her doula. She told me it was non negotiable - that I needed to find one. I asked around and had Danielle recommended to me by a friend who was also a labor and delivery nurse. She had worked with Danielle in a professional setting countless times and only had wonderful things to say about her. I knew I needed to meet her. From our initial consult to the post partum visit, Danielle has been incredible. It was a no brainer that she was the right choice and I immediately hung up and cancelled every other meeting I had set up with other doulas. She exceeded our expectations on every level throughout the entire experience. You can tell that she absolutely loves what she does and has an enormous passion for helping mamas through their labor and delivery experience. She is someone that you want supporting you through your labor and standing alongside you. I truly could not have done it without her. Now I tell all my pregannat friends about her because everyone needed Danielle as their doula! And don't worry, she will be at all my further deliveries as well!

Danielle's support through my labor was honestly life changing. For my first baby I had no clue what to expect and didn't know how to best navigate labor. Danielle was the perfect guide throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, supportive, and solid all the way. She never once made me feel judged and supported me through every decision and contraction. When myself or my husband felt overwhelmed in the moment, Danielle guided us with continual strength and passion. I am so grateful for Danielle's presence and because of her discovered a strength I didn't know I had in me.

Danielle was the first person to know about my second pregnancy (aside from my husband). She was there for the birth of our first son & we knew, immediately, that she needed to be there for the birth of our daughter.

While we knew what to expect this time around, Danielle still made us feel supported and confident going into this birth. During my pregnancy, there was a chance I was going to need a c-section due to baby being breech. Danielle was by my side every step of the way - from preparing me for a potential cesarean to helping me with my options. Luckily, baby turned & I was able to have my second vaginal birth!

I've said it before & I'll say it again - Danielle is truly an Angel sent from the heavens. You can tell how much she loves what she does and how much she cares for her clients.

If you are looking for a doula for your birth - whether medicated, unmedicated, or cesarean, Danielle is your girl.

We absolutely loved Danielle as our doula. When I first spoke with her I was so impressed with her extensive knowledge and how she handled herself. While speaking with her I knew she was a perfect fit with our family and would be the support I knew I would need for our homebirth. She communicated throughout our pregnancy to check in on me and see if I needed anything. She was the EXACT support I needed during the birthing time. It's like she was able to read my mind on what I needed whether that was fanning me, placing ice water cloths on my to help cool me down, speaking words of encouragement etc. and of course she was so helpful for my husband to allow him to be the support I needed as well. Will definitely be using Danielle again for our next home birth!

This was my second birth with Danielle. She me truly an amazing supportive doula. For both of my birth she's been nothing short of the definition of a birth partner. I can't imagine doing it without her. Leading up to the births she was informative, always available to answer questions. During the birth she somehow managed to coach me, take notes, support my husband, and take pictures. She made both myself and my husband feel incredibly comfortable and supported during the whole process.

Danielle is an angel.  I can confidently say that without her I would not have had the birth I had longed for since a prior traumatic birth.  Danielle really listened to my desires and guided me throughout my entire pregnancy.  During my labor, she was extremely hands on and present.  She was an advocate, cheerleader, and provided the tough love I needed.  I do not think I would have been able to have the unmedicated VBaC I wanted without her support.  I can now look back on my delivery with pride, a gift from Danielle. Thank you Danielle for everything you do.

Danielle was an amazing part of my birth team. She was so supportive and responsive throughout my birth experience and coached me through some tough moments when things weren't going as I had expected. In the end I did get the unmedicated birth I had always envisioned and beyond that, Danielle stayed with us long after helping to answer questions and process everything. I would highly recommend her to all mamas seeking an empowering  birth experience!

Danielle was recommended to us by our midwife. She is kind, compassionate and down to earth. She takes the time to get to know her clients on a personal level. My husband and I felt incredibly supported by her from the beginning. During our initial meeting, she educated us on every part of the birth process and answered every question we had. We felt confident about our birth plan and in our decision to hire her as part of our birth team. This was my first pregnancy and birth and it would not have been the same without Danielle. She was supportive of every decision I made leading up to and during birth. She provided counsel when things didn't go according to plan and helped me to feel reassured and validated. She helped to keep me as comfortable as possible during labor; she was the voice that I tuned into to stay focused on my goal of unmedicated birth. Although I wasn't ultimately able to acheive an unmedicated birth because I was not progressing as had hoped, she still reassured me that a vaginal birth was the goal and that there was no reason to feel ashamed. She took incredible photos during the birth that we will cherish forever. She stayed with us following the birth to help me initiate breastfeeding which was helpful. She continued to check in with us regularly in the days following the birth which we appreciated. We highly recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a wonderful doula because she is highly skilled, genuine and encouraging. We feel incredibly grateful to Danielle for being the support that we needed during this time.

I had a very interesting labor and birth experience that most first time Mamas probably don't expect to have. Through all the twists and turns my body threw at me, Danielle was available (throughout all hours of the night too I might add) and gave me advice, walked me through breathing, and advised me on what I should do and when to go to the hospital. During my very fast birth, she made sure I got to a room with the midwife and nurses ready to go, and advocated for the physiologic birth she knew I wanted.  She took professional grade photos for me to enjoy later (as I don't remember much that happened!) and made me and my husband as comfortable as possible through the whole experience.  She also come to our house for a prenatal appointment and provided such valuable information to prepare for labor, as well as baby's first few days.  She also ensures she is available postpartum to answer any questions , or to get you resources to ensure yours and baby's success. Danielle was awesome through the whole experience, and I was blessed to have her for my first birth, and I'm blessed to also to be able to call her a friend now!

Danielle was our doula and we couldn’t imagine how our birth would have gone without her. We had sort of a unique experience because my water unexpectedly broke at 35 weeks (the day before our scheduled birth plan meeting!) but Danielle still showed up and was there from the beginning to end. She explained everything to us in detail, explained what was going on in a calm manner especially when things seemed scary and hectic, helped us make informed decisions, and offered us so much support & company. It was like having our friend there! We loved her and will always have her there for future births. Thank you Danielle and sunshine doula services!

I can't say enough good things about Danielle from Sunshine Soula Service. Working with her made me feel not only supported but way less anxiety when it came to labor and delivery of our son. This was our first child and had no clue what all to expect especially when we had to pivot from a vaginal birth plan to a c section. Danielle answered all our questions whether it was a text, call, or in-person meeting. She offered many good tips, info and even reccomendations for chiropractors that do prenatal adjustments. We loved the moments she captured in photos in the delivery room as well, we will cherish those for eternity! My OB reccommended Danielle and I am so glad she did! Knowing my OB not only worked with Danielle but trusted her skills was very reassuring. I think both myself and my husband felt better going into labor and delivery after working with Danielle and we would reccommend her to anyone, first time parents and even veteran parents! Thank you Danielle we so appreciate you and what you do!

Danielle made such a difference in my birthing experience! This was my 2nd pregnancy, after having an unplanned c-section with my first and feeling like I didn't play a role in my birth experience, I wanted to try for a VBAC. Unfortunately, my provider was not supportive and so I searched for a doula in hopes of finding an advocate for my VBAC. Danielle was knowledgeable and encouraged me to switch providers to have the experience I desired and to have the support I needed. With her knowledge and assistance, I switched providers at 30 weeks with Danielle's recommendation and was immediately put at ease! I believed that with my new team, I would be supported in my decision for a VBAC. Danielle was easily available throughout the process to answer questions and provide resources. During my birth, I experienced some setbacks like an induction and unsupportive hospital staff, but Danielle advocated for me the ENTIRE time. She supported both my husband and I through the entire LONG birth. She was so knowledgeable about the birthing process, her ability to assess my progress was exceptional, as well as her guidance through each and every stage of the birth. She provided positions, nutrition, and education that helped me make the best decisions for my birth. She seemed to know what I needed before I even knew. She was an amazing liaison between myself and the hospital staff, ensuring my needs and goals were always being met. She was able to advocate for me even when I didn't know I needed it. Her understanding of my needs and wants for my birth were unmatched and therefore gave her the ability to provide the care that I needed to achieve my VBAC. I cannot express the strength she gave and reassurance she provided other than without her I don't think I would've had the birth that I had/wanted/needed. This birthing experience was so healing and Danielle played an integral part of my experience and success. She is the absolute best!

We had the most amazing experience with Danielle as our doula! She not only provided me knowledge, but most importantly, genuine care. She texted me to check in throughout my pregnancy and was absolutely critical to my fast, unmedicated labor. She told me if I did 3 contractions in each of 3 positions she recommended, I’d have my baby. Sure enough, as soon as I did, I was ready to push! We arrived at the hospital at 8am and baby arrived at 12:30pm which was crazy fast for a first time mom. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her! I felt fully supported from the minute she arrived until she finished packing up our belongings for us and we said our goodbyes. She was absolutely an advocate for me and my needs in the hospital. The photos we received from her are absolutely stunning as well and will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you Danielle!!!

Danielle kept us sane and made me feel so safe. We felt informed and we felt understood. Even when our end goal needed to change, she was still there for us. Thankfully our delivery went well nonetheless (and she snagged a few moments before delivery). We would of course recommend her to any family wanting to feel heard and spoken for during their incredibly special time.

Working with Danielle has been nothing short of amazing! Danielle truly made my birth experience memorable. She provided so much education and input during my pregnancy as well as my birth. She helped guide me and keep me on the path that I was wanting for myself. Danielle also made sure my birthing partner felt included in the whole process.

Having Danielle join my birth team was 100% the best decision I ever made. I would recommend Danielle for anyone expecting.

Danielle has been such a blessing for our family, she is an amazing doula both strong and soft at exactly the right times. This was the second time she was our doula and she helped me achieve the nonmedicated birth of my dreams! Even in helping so many families,  she remembered all the details of my first birth from 2 years prior it felt like we picked up right where we left off when planning for this birth. She feels like a true friend and helped me hold strong when I needed it the most. Danielle was wonderful at supporting my husband and helped him support me in all the right ways. She knows a lot of the hospital staff and is great at navigating hospital personnel and facilities. My husband and I both felt so safe and supported throughout the entirety of labor, having Danielle on our team removed the mental load of trying to remember all things labor so that we could try to be present. We are so thankful for Danielle, we love her so much she is so talented!

I really don't know where to start. I am still in awe with my birth experience, and this wouldn't have been possible without Danielle. She has been my doula for both of my births, and it really made a difference to have her by your side. Both times she's been the greatest support not only for me, but for my husband. She brings confidence, care and advocate for mama always. She's there for you to remind you, you're strong, you're capable and you can birth your baby because your body knows how to do it. She helps you relax but focus on the power of your body and the power of your baby.

My last birth was everything I envisioned, She helped go completetly unmedicated, she helped me move throrugh my labor, and reminded me that with every contraction I was closer to meet my baby Anna. My birth was very smooth and positive, that when I think about it I dont think about the pain, i only think about how powerful our bodies are and the importance of having someone like her by your side.

Danielle supports you during pregancy, birth and beyond, I know she will always be there for us. Thank you Danielle <3

Our plans for a home birth looked like they were changing last minute. Originally, I wasn't planning on hiring a doula. But, my husband and i's first thought while we were panicking was to call Danielle. We were so relieved after explaining the situation she said "of course I'll help you!". Long story short, we were able to leave the hospital and have baby at home. We had the home birth of our dreams! So much of that is due to Danielle and all of her help. During labor, she had such a calming and confident presence. I felt so encouraged and was able to focus on her and all of her suggestions. I truly felt so loved and cared for during my birth. We are so glad that our plans changed and she agreed to help us! Danielle, we are seriously so blessed and thankful for you and all of your kindness and knowledge!

Danielle is an amazing doula and my husband and I were so blessed to have her on our care team for the birth of our son. She is extremely knowledgeable and has shared so much wisdom with us from pregnancy, birth, to newborn life. She is absolute sunshine and I couldn't recommend her more, I feel like I have a friend for life. If you want someone who will make you laugh all while reminding you of appropriate breathing techniques or proper positioning while you're in pain and all your studied prep work is out the window, she is your girl!! Already can't wait for the next birth with her!

Danielle is absolutely an amazing doula! My Midwife recommended Danielle and from the first time we met. I knew I needed her to help have a VBAC! During my pregnancy she checked in every few weeks to see how I was doing. She gave me a lot of information to prep my body. During our prenatal visit, she explain to us what would happen and our options. She always helped me stay focus on my VBAC. Once I was in labor, Danielle helped guide me during the first phase of labor to what I felt comfortable. Once labor really kicked in, Danielle met us at the hospital and helped advocate for us to get us everything we needed (we felt like VIP). Danielle helped set up the room to fit my personality with music, positive thoughts and just joking around to keep my mind off the pain. It truly felt like a party in our room listening to Bad Bunny through the contractions to when we began to push. Danielle helped position me into so many different positions to help my birth progress. My labor was almost identical to my previous c-sections but with the help of Danielle, I was able to have my VBAC!

Best. Doula. Ever.

I hired Danielle to be my doula when I was pregnant with my second child. My first birth ended in a c-section and I was determined to have a better experience this time around. When I decided I wanted a VBAC, Danielle was my biggest cheerleader. She helped me find the right midwife and armed me with support tools to reach my goal. When I was overwhelmed with fear during my pregnancy that I wasn’t strong enough or I was afraid that something would go terribly wrong, Danielle was there for me. She was reassuring and calming. Her confidence in me gave me confidence in myself.

Danielle checked in on me throughout my pregnancy. She walked me and my husband through what to expect and how to react to each stage of labor. By the time I reached full-term, I felt so ready to deliver because of her.

When early labor started, it was different than I was expecting. Danielle came over as soon as I asked, even though it felt earlier than I was expecting to need help. Her presence was so reassuring and strong that I felt stronger just being next to her. My labor wasn’t really progressing, partly because baby was in a funky position. She helped me reposition baby and then refocused my mental energy. After that, labor really kicked in! I honestly believe that had she not been there, my labor could have lasted days.

After baby was born, she stayed with us until I was tucked in and ready to sleep. She checked in on me often. And then she sent us the most beautiful photos of our labor and birth! I hardly even noticed her taking photos, so I was shocked to see so many. I am so grateful to Danielle for capturing these special moments!

If we try for a third baby, I will hire Danielle again. And again. And again. I will also tell every pregnant lady I know to do the same.

As a first time mom I was encouraged to get a Doula, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made for us. My cousin used Danielle and highly recommended her so I decided to go with Danielle as well. Form the moment we met Danielle was there for me answering any questions I had and encouraged me through my pregnancy. It was great having Danielle to call as I was going through my contractions, she was able to coach me on how to breath through the pain until it was time to go to the hospital. Once I was in labor Danielle was there helping me every step of the way. She was directing me and encouraging me though my labor and delivery. If it wasn’t for Danielle I don’t think I would of been able to have the natural birth I wanted. Forever grateful for meeting her, she’s truly amazing.

Danielle is incredible. She was our doula for the birth of our first child, and I'm so thankful she was there. With this being my first pregnancy, I had a lot of questions and there were a lot of unknowns for me. Danielle was available to answer any questions I had and always did so in such a caring and compassionate manner. She came to our house for a prenatal visit and I learned more here than I likely would have if I had simply taken a class. She really helped me feel prepared.

When I learned I needed to be induced at 37 weeks, I panicked. Danielle helped me to stay calm and explained exactly what would happen and what choices were still mine to make. The day of the induction would have looked a lot different without her. I didn't always understand what the hospital nurses were saying, and she'd explain to me in terms I could understand. She used different positioning to help move the process along and was so motivating and encouraging along the way. She even taught the nurses a few things! The day started out very scary for me, but Danielle was there every step of the way to make sure I understood everything that was happening and to help ensure everything was going smoothly. While the nurses would periodically come in and check on me, Danielle knew exactly what was happening and were I was at the entire time. This was so comforting. I felt like I truly had an advocate who only cared about the best interests of myself and my baby. I can't thank Danielle enough for the support she provided to both my husband and to me!

I literally don't know what I would have done without Danielle leading up to and during labor and delivery. I was super on the fence of getting a Doula. I didn't know much about what they did or how they worked. I had a few calls with some other ones before meeting with Danielle and after 5 minutes of talking to Danielle, I knew she was who I wanted as our Doula. She made me feel so comfortable from the begining, answered all of my questions and supported any decisions I initially had about how I wanted my birth to go. When I first thought about giving birth, I thought we would take a few classes the hospital offered and then show up when we were ready. I had no idea how much more information was out there that I was missing or how to be an advocate for myself and our baby. I learned so much from Danielle and she was always responsive in answering my texts/calls when I had questions. When the time came and my water broke, I felt so calm and prepared. Danielle walked me through what was likely to come since we were delivering in a hosptial. She kept in touch with us while I was triage and then when contractions started picking up. Danielle got to the hospital at the perfect time, right when I was going into active labor... as she likes to say "where the work begins." She helped guide me into various positions to help and worked alongside my husband seamlessly. I delivered a healthy baby boy completely natural and truly could not have done it without her there. If you're on the fence of getting a doula, call Danielle. She is such a warm and kind soul and will be your advocate in every way. We laughed, we cried, listened to good music and she made my birthing experience one I will never forget. You bet come baby #2 Danielle will be there :).

After realizing at 36 weeks pregnant that I probably wouldn't have the birth experience I'd been hoping for due to my provider, I knew I needed a doula. I talked with 6 different doulas and felt like Danielle would be the best fit. I knew she would be supportive of my birthing goals and push me to reach the unmedicated birth I desired. She helped me find a wonderful new provider and eased my worries. Looking back, I cannot imagine doing it without her. She knew exactly what I needed every step of the way. She helped me cope with back labor, made me do positions to keep my labor progressing and she continually reminded me of my strength and capability to get through it. She advocated for me, supported me, and kept me going. I'm still in awe at the birth experience I was able to have, and I truly owe so much of it to Danielle!

I cannot recommend Danielle enough! This is our second birth together and my third child. She did everything in her power to give me the dream birth I always wanted. I wanted to have an all natural/non-induction birth and that is exactly what I had. I was able to follow her great guidance and instruction successfully and with support! My daughter was born one hour before my scheduled induction; being a completely unmedicated, natural birth where I was able to comfortably labor at home as long as possible. I recommend Sunshine Doula team!

Danielle is amazing!  Five minutes into our first FaceTime call, we knew we wanted to have her as our doula.  At the prenatal appointment she took the time to hear all of our concerns and gave us the tools to be better prepared for labor, birth and postpartum. Anytime I had a concern during pregnancy she always responded super quickly!  My labor went super fast and Danielle wasn’t able to get there quick enough for the actual delivery (hard core contractions to birth was about 20 minutes).  But she was on the phone with my husband and on speaker phone the whole time offering suggestions like, getting on a yoga ball to help with uncomfortable contractions to coaching while pushing. When she did get there she helped me latch the baby, and took the time to just be in the moment with us and process everything. I did the placenta encapsulation (which was such a game changer for my mood this time postpartum as opposed to my first pregnancy) and Danielle got them back to me so fast and made sure everything was still going good with breastfeeding and healing. Danielle is seriously the best and helped make this birth experience so positive!

Danielle was an amazing doula! Kelly was with another client when my labor started, so she connected me with Danielle. I met Danielle for the first time at the hospital and immediately felt so comfortable with her, during what I felt was a very intimate life event. She was encouraging and calming throughout the labor and birth. Danielle was knowledgeable about laboring positions and I tried everything she suggested to help get baby in the best position and progress dilation. Her suggestions were helpful and successfully moved labor along. She was a vital part of the birth team and I am so grateful she was there. I wanted a natural birth with no medication and I was able to do this only with her as part of the team! She kept me motivated in my moments of struggle or doubt. Danielle also took beautiful photos of my daughter's birth that I will treasure forever. So thankful!

Danielle was such an amazing doula. I had a traumatic birth experience with my first child that made me very nervous going into the birth of my second child. Danielle was patient, supportive, and helpful as we navigated my emotions and fears together. Although I did not get to have the birth I planned for due to uncontrollable circumstances, Danielle made my experience wonderful and supported myself and my husband through it all. We also got beautiful photos that I will cherish forever thanks to her.

Danielle Randell was such an important part of my birth journey. I honestly do not think I would have had the natural, unmedicated birth that I dreamed of without her support. During our first conversation, I immediately felt connected to Danielle. Every time we spoke leading up to my birth, she answered my questions, provided me with resources and recommendations and reassured me about anything I was uncertain about. When the day came that I was in labor, she was by my side the entire time. Danielle guided me confidently though my labor, and was also an amazing support to my husband which made him an even stronger birth partner. Having Danielle as my doula enabled me to have an empowering hospital birth free of medical intervention. I am forever grateful for her support and cannot wait to have her by my side for baby number 2!!!

As first time parents, we didn't know much about anything lol That is where our doula Danielle came in. We were unsure wether or not to even hire a doula but boy did it turn out to be the best investment we made. She was everything and more before, during, and after birth. She was there every step of the way answering all of our questions with honesty and facts. She made recommendations when we needed help. She was our biggest support system through it all. Full of knowledge, professionalism, and experience. My husband and I couldn't be happier with Danielle. Because of her, our birth experience was so much better than if my husband and I would have by ourselves. I went all 10 cm without an epidural and I truly believe I couldn't have done it if it wasn't for Danielle guiding me through it. She told me something I'll never forget during labor when I wanted to just quit; she looked at me and said, "Andrea, you can do ANYTHING for one minute" those words were so powerful to me and what kept me going. We loved her and we gained a friend through this process. Not enough thank yous exist for Danielle.

I knew the moment I met Danielle I wanted her to be my doula. Might sound silly but she has this presence about her that just makes you feel comfortable and that you can trust her. My husband and I TRULY couldn’t of done it without her. Her checking in on me through my pregnancy and me having her to lean on was EVERYTHING. Especially for my first pregnancy. I had all of the normal worries/concerns. A million questions. But every time Danielle was able to bring me peace about whatever I had on my mind. I wasn’t very stressed during my pregnancy and I know Danielle had so much to do with that. She truly cares about you and that was always obvious when working with her.

I knew I wanted an unmedicated birth and Danielle made sure I always felt positive about my decision and that she would do anything in her power to make that happen for me. And that’s exactly what she did. She advocated for me in so many ways and I truly couldn’t of done it without her by my side. She didn’t just make a difference for me but also for my husband. He had no idea what to expect and Danielle was there to comfort him as well as give him confidence that he was helping me when I needed it. She truly means the world to us/my family and we will never be able to repay her for the huge impact she had on us as we brought our first baby into the world. Our story would’ve looked a lot different without Danielle. Forever grateful to God. If you want a doula that will do everything in their power to make sure you have a beautiful birth experience, Danielle is your girl. Xox

As a new mother I felt my new family needed more support when it came to the big day. Deciding to hire a doula was the best thing we ever picked to start. The amount of support and someone who is on your side the whole time is the best feeling to have while pregnant and as a first time mother. I had the honor to have doula Danielle with sunshine doula. She was amazing and provided the best support that I felt I needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doula . Thank you

Danielle was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her!

I connected with her instantly in our first meeting when we both shared that we were believers and that I wanted my birth to be filled with worship music and praise to God. Her passion for her work and that she shared she knew this was her calling from the Lord really made her stand out and I knew I was in the right hands.

When the time came for my baby boy to come, she was very responsive and present the whole way. She made decision making so much easier especially during early labor because she always laid out my options and gave me great tips when going through contractions.

When we were actually in the hospital, she was absolutely instrumental in helping get that baby out!! She knew the hospital well so I felt very taken care of, and she was very hands on to get me whatever I needed. Her experience and knowledge were made clear as she knew exactly what positions I needed to best help baby on his way.  She also included my husband who was very eager to jump in, which made me so happy.

She encouraged me the whole way, and when I was in transition, that room was filled with worship, prayer, and tears, and the care and love that Danielle showed for me and my family really can only be explained by the love of Christ in her. It was a truly beautiful experience

I'm a first time mom, and I really had no idea what I was signing up for when I decided to hire Danielle (or any doula for that matter!). I knew I wanted to try for an unmedicated birth, and because of my background in healthcare I knew that I had a better chance of achieving that goal with a doula by my side. What I found while working with Danielle was someone who truly cared about me and my family, and advocated for me when no one else would to ensure that I had a beautiful birth experience.

Danielle will take the time to educate you on all things pregnancy related, and help you find resources to ensure you feel empowered in the decisions you make leading up to your due date. Closer to delivery she will visit you in your home to review the difference stages of labor, give you some advice on what is actually helpful to buy/take to the hospital, and answer any questions that you may have.

During my labor Danielle was able to watch my contraction patterns and worked to reposition me (many times) to ensure my baby had the best chance at descending into the birth canal without any issues. She helped me use different techniques to control my pain, and was there to support my husband and me every single step of the way. My labor and delivery experience would have looked MUCH different if Danielle hadn't been there - and not in a good way.

It really is hard to find words that convey the positive impact Danielle will have on your pregnancy/labor/postpartum experience. She is worth her weight in gold, and you will not regret choosing her to come alongside you on this wild ride! We will be contacting her immediately if/when we even think about trying to conceive again - she's part of the family now!

Wow! I am thoroughly impressed with Danielle. I felt like I was very much taken care of and she exceeded my expectations. She made me feel important and secure. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I will definitely be working with her again in the future and I would recommend her to everyone who is interested in doing a homebirth. Danielle was my Doula and she was amazing at coaching me through my labor. Danielle worked with me through difficult contractions. I was impressed with her extensive knowledge and experience. I appreciate everything she did for me.

Danielle was awesome and put me and my husband right at ease. I had a doula for my first birth and didn't have the best experience. Danielle renewed my faith in doulas. She supported all my decisions. Highly recommend !

I know from the first time I spoke with Danielle on the phone that she would be a good match for Christopher and me for the delivery of our first baby. When I told her I was hoping to achieve an unmedicated labor, she was immediately supportive and mentioned several educational materials I was already implementing. She continued to supplement this foundation of knowledge with current, evidence-based practices and recommendations. There were occasions during my pregnancy of uncertainty, where I reached out to Danielle, and was met with confidence and reassurance. Throughout the entire laboring process, Danielle was a beacon and created a calm space where I could trust my body and my husband could trust the process. Further, there have been some bumps along the postpartum road, which Danielle has continued to lend support through.  We will definitely be enlisting her services again for any future births!

Hiring Danielle as our doula was probably the best decision I made during my pregnancy. She gave my husband and I great information and resources so we felt prepared for labor, delivery, and postpartum care. We were so thankful to have her in the delivery room supporting us. She helped me achieve my dream birth and made sure we got to the hospital in time (because it was my second baby things escalated quickly!) The photos and birth timeline she put together after the birth was great too. She made the experience so positive and memorable!

You know when you meet someone in your life that you can't imagine how you survived without them? That's Danielle to me.

There aren't enough words to describe how thankful my husband and I are for Danielle and the support she provided us with our first pregnancy. From the initial FaceTime call, I knew Danielle was the doula for us. She is so knowledgeable about birth and at our prenatal appointment, she supplied us with everything we needed to know about the process and we left the appointment feeling confident not only in ourselves but also with Danielle being by our side.

When I went into labor, I felt supported by Danielle and she did everything she could to ensure that both me and my husband were comfortable. She made sound suggestions with what positions would benefit me and encouraged me through the whole process.

Overall, hiring Danielle to be our doula was the best decision we ever made. We will continue to have her be a part of our lives and future births. I highly suggest hiring her if you are thinking about having a doula!

After my first birth I knew I needed a doula. I'm glad I found Danielle. She provided god resources and when I wanted to change from a hospital birth to a home birth at 37 weeks, she was able to connect me with an excellent home birth midwife. During the birth, she was able to support me over the phone and via text until I needed her to come to the house. Once here, she was excellent support through the rest of the birth process. I highly recommend her!

When I first met Danielle she had me in tears (of relief!) in the first 5 minutes. I felt totally comfortable and supported. Whether I chose her that day or not, she recommended Ellie Tan, the mid-wife to me. I did use that recommendation, which ended up being another huge success. It was extra beneficial because the two of them have a great relationship which allowed them to communicate with each other while I labored. From the moment I did go into labor Danielle was there offering suggestions and recommendations. She acknowledged all my feelings, walked through different options, and provided guidance when I needed it. In the meantime, she kept me moving and putting me in different positions which helped bring the baby down smoothly. She destigmatized certain procedures for me, and never judged my choices. She reassured me and communicated clearly with the team along the way. The entire staff adored her. I had placental abruption which meant my daughter needed to be delivered that day, two weeks early, but despite that, this team never used scare tactics. They gave me time and space to make decisions. Because of this team, I had a smooth delivery with no damage to my undercarriage. This was not true of my first delivery. I will be forever grateful to Danielle and this team.

Also, the pictures she took are absolutely incredible. You can see the love between my husband and I and our daughter. I cannot recommend her, or Ellie, enough.

I honestly don't even know where to begin, Danielle was seriously amazing. I don't think I would have achieved my vba2c without her. She was a wealth of knowledge leading up to my delivery and helping me deal with all the questions that come at the end. Then when it came to delivery she was everything we needed and more. Her positivity and knowledge made my birth experience absolutely beautiful, and something I will never forget. Her knowledge allowed me to make informed decisions about how to best proceed, and she supported me every step of the way. I asked my husband after what he thought of having a doula (he wasn't super into the idea at first) and he said she was "worth every penny". If I have another baby I will 100% be hiring her again.

Danielle was absolutely amazing! Fun fact; I actually got tears in my eyes during our initial interview because I just knew our personalities would mesh well and I was so excited for her to be a part of our beautiful journey! Before birth preparation was very informative and she is always there; literally like 24/7 to answer any questions. As a new mom, this was amazing support to have. During my labor, everything didn't go as planned and I needed to be induced, at no fault of my midwife or doula's.. but I ended up having a 39 hour labor, and definitely blacked out at some point. Although I do not remember a lot during labor, the birth timeline danielle provided afterwards was amazing to see and an awesome memory to put in my baby girl's baby book. My husband and mother, who were there during labor, spoke WONDERS of Danielle. She was constantly repositioning me and massaging me to distract my pain. My baby was also sunny side up and she was able to turn her completely into the correct position for birth and I'm SO thankful because as a result; I did not tear at all! Anyway, I could go on and on, but I can CONFIDENTLY say; if it was not for my midwife and doula team together; I am 100% positive that I would have had a c-section. Although everything didn't go according to my dream birthing plan, Danielle made this experience as natural, easy, and beautiful as possible. The pictures were so wonderful to see also! I can't say enough good things about Danielle! SO glad I chose her as a part of my team; it made the world of a difference!

Danielle is an amazing doula! I felt very comfortable with her from the very beginning which is typically very difficult for me. It usually takes me a while to get to know someone before feeling comfortable with them but she has a very warm and caring personality that put me at ease right away. I had a home birth and once she got there I felt more at ease with the process knowing I could trust her to help me through it. I never once had the thought of wanting to go to the hospital or have an epidural even though it was intense. Which surprised me actually! I would absolutely recommend Danielle to be your doula no matter where you decide to give birth. If I ever get pregnant again I will definitely be hiring her :)

This was my second birth and I really wanted a different experience this time! I had no idea what a Doula was but it had been suggested that I seek one out!
Danielle was suggested by a friend and she met with me over zoom and answered all my newbie questions and made me feel so comfortable with the prospect of a natural birth! All before I even hired her!
Feeling like a first timer sometimes, Danielle was so incredibly helpful in helping me understand what I didn't know and making me feel confident in my decisions.
Come time for labor and birth, Danielle was the biggest advocate for me, knowing exactly what my plan and hopes were and communicating that to the doctor and staff when I wasn't able to. I am just in awe of all that she did, that I didnt even notice until after the fact! She just steps in and serves and helps and it makes the process so seamless!!
My only disappointment is that my birth was SO fast that I couldn't enjoy her MORE!
I am so thankful for Danielle and her help in making my birth all that I had prayed and hoped for and more!!
Plus, the photos she captured were truly incredible and we will treasure them for our lifetime.
I cannot reccommend her enough!!

When we found out we were expecting again, I knew I wanted a doula but I had no idea just how wonderful Danielle would be! From the beginning to the end, she was there every step of the way! She was helpful when I had questions, was encouraging when I had fears, and was there anytime I needed any support! She was in constant contact with us throughout our labor, met us at the hospital right away, helped us through several decisions during our birth, and helped us work through different labor positions. She provided laughter, encouragement, support, and motivation the entire time! When we ulltimately decided that a repeat c-section was the route we needed to take- she prayed over us and our baby before we went back, she was in the OR talking me through every minute, and stayed to ensure everything was all set after. I will forever be grateful that she was such a vital part in our birth!

I am so ecstatic to write about our experience with Danielle because it has been a literal dream from the beginning. I hired her early on in my 1st tri with my 4th pregnancy. I have had 1 vaginal birth and 2 c-sections prior to this one and I was REALLY hoping for a VBAC. After doing some research on doulas in my area, I stumbled upon Danielle just from referrals on other FB mom groups etc. It felt so natural talking to her and laughing with her, I had no doubt she was my GIRL. She immediately gave me hope and reassurance regarding my doubts on having a VBAC and past birth traumas and I felt so supported and uplifted from the moment we first spoke. Along with her continued friendship and support, she had connections for chiropractic care, prenatal masseurs and after some serious conversations, directed me to the best care providers (my midwife) I could ask for. She has strong bonds with really great people in the industry and I'm forever thankful for her guidance. She took time to call me and talk to me about any and everything regarding my emotions and how I was feeling physically throughout my entire pregnancy. There was never a moment I felt I couldn't call and cry to her, lol. And there was a lot of crying... from me! As my birth became nearer, fear crept in, doubt crept in, and she was my PERSON. It was such a relief for myself, and my husband to have someone there to guide us and make us feel at peace. The birth of our first daughter and fourth child was EXACTLY how we dreamt it would be. And I owe a large portion of that to Danielle for sticking with me and fighting for my VBAC. Her presence during my labor and delivery was exactly what I needed and I never once felt scared or alone with her being there. I could rant for hours about the calmness I felt in her being there for me. And then the photos she took! Somehow with one hand on the camera, the other holding my leg? I mean, that's dedication. Thank you forever Danielle!

I don't even know how or where to begin to sing Danielle's praises. The words that come to mind when I think of the things she brought to my pregnancy and birth experience are: advocacy, support, love, attention, sincerity, creativity, and honesty. Danielle devoted her whole self to what turned out to be a very long, involved birth process, and she always had the best interest of me, my husband, and my baby at heart. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her support and advocacy. She was absolutely key in making sure I got what I needed in terms of nourishment, rest, and care, and she moved mountains to get me in with a fantastic OB when I needed to transfer and was on a time crunch due to labor slowing down and my membranes having been ruptured.
Danielle was also incredible at facilitating all kinds of strategies to help during labor, while also fostering continued connection between my husband and myself. She felt both like a part of our family and gave us total space intuitively when we needed. We will absolutely be hiring her for future pregnancies and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone out there considering a doula!

I coldn't have asked for a better experience with a doula than I had with Danielle.  This was my second birth, a home VBAC after a traumatic emergency c section the first time around.  I actually reached out to Danielle before deciding on a home birth at the recommendation of a friend, and Danielle helped me explore my options and made recommendations on how to choose the rest of my extrordinary birth team.  Danielle has a calm and confident vibe which put me at ease as she encouraged me to trust myself and my own instincts.  She was wonderful to talk to about my first birth experience and she encouraged me to prepare for the birth I wanted this time around, patiently answering all of my questions.  She was like a counselor, physical therapist, and Google all wrapped into one. Leading up to and during labor she was responsive, encouraging, and advocated for me clearly and calmly.  Danielle made sure that my husband had the opportunity to be actively engaged in the whole process and showed him different ways that he could support me, including encouraging him to get into the birth pool with me and showing him how to help me during contractions. The birth timeline she created and the pictures she took are something we will forever be thankful to have.  This birth experience was so peaceful and redemptive, and I am so grateful to have had Danielle along side me the entire time.

Working with Danielle as our doula was the best choice we made when it came to the birth of our second son! We definitely couldn't have had the wonderful birth experience we did without her!!

I was excited for Danielle to be our doula from the beginning. She helped in lots of ways during my early pregnancy, sharing recommendations, guidance and support.

Then I got some curveballs in late pregnancy...and I was even MORE grateful for Danielle! I found out I needed to be induced at 37 weeks, and I was initially so discouraged, thinking my birth preferences were out the window. I called Danielle, literally in tears, and she encouraged me, reminded me we'd still have options, and gave me some tangible action steps to start preparing.

When we got to the hospital, my husband and I were in regular communications with Danielle, and she helped us through several decisions. Then when I was laboring and needed support, Danielle came right away.

Once Danielle arrived, it was only 4.5 hours until we met our baby boy! Danielle helped things move along positively, helping me through lots of different labor positions and offering motivation and support the whole time. Despite being induced, I delivered without pain meds and had the birth I had dreamed of! Can't thank Danielle enough!!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Danielle Randell as a doula after she supported me through the birth of my third child!  I kept hearing that the "third time around" would be fast and intense so, in my mind, I planned for her to help me through the latter parts of a quick labor and delivery. Well, as we all know, birth doesn't often go according to our plans. It turns out that baby wasn't quite in the best position and my labor kept starting, progressing, then stopping over and over again. Danielle, through her experience and wisdom, guided me through this roller coaster.  She was attentive, answered my calls and texts immediately and knew when to rest and conserve my energy, when to come to my home, and when it was time to go to the hospital. I know for certain it was her expertise that prevented me from going to the hospital too soon.  She encouraged me emotionally when I felt exhausted and nervous with patient understanding.  When we did arrive at the hospital, I was amazed that she knew the staff by name as well as where things were.  She strategically placed me in positions to best assist baby to turn and maneuver on down. She worked seamlessly with the staff to provide me with the best team dynamic while I delivered and somehow was even able to capture a few beautiful photos of my husband and me with our little one!  Looking back now I am so glad that I chose Danielle.  We will forever be grateful for her integral part of my child's delivery.

First of all I want To start by saying I went Back and forth for a while trying to decide if hiring a doula would be worth it for me. My husband was the one who ultimately helped me make the decision and we decided "let's just go ahead and do it, it'll be worth it no matter how our birth goes" Well needless to say Danielle was Everything I didnt Know I needed!! She was the calm to my storm when my labor went from 0-100 in a matter of no time! She kept me calm over the phone when I was laboring at home, helped me breathe through contractions that were so intense I was Considering an epidural as soon as I got To the hospital(my ultimate plan was unmedicated, and no matter what I did not want to give in to my own doubts) Danielle had such a calming voice, reassuring me that no matter how much "pain" I  was in that I could do it! She talked me through every contraction on the way to the hospital which helped me focus on breathing and not the fact that I almost Had my baby in the car. At the hospital she was amazing during the delivery of our baby girl and after delivery she stayed by my side until all was said and done! As quick as my birth was, I cant Say it enough..She was worth every penny! I would Pick her over and over again and am so thankful she was there cheering for me and giving me all the words of encouragement! My husband and I are extremely thankful for her, she was God sent!!
So I have To say, for anyone who is "on the fence" about hiring a doula (Danielle) she is 100% worth it! And that's coming from someone who got to the hospital and had a baby in 18 minutes.
I forgot To mention the before birth care that she gives...she is full of knowledge and to be honest I didnt do Much of any prep work for an unmedicated birth (crazy on my part) because I had her and knew she wouldn't let me fail. She reassured me every time I had Any doubts and kept everything so positive! Needless to say, I think we will be friends forever!

I found out about Sunshine Doula and met Danielle thanks to asking my OB if she had ever worked with a Doula. I was finding myself getting frustrated at the lack of communication of what to expect during my pregnancy and especially how my hospital birth could go with COVID restrictions. A 5 minute video of the Birth Center wasn't going to cut it! My husband and I would rather be educated so we're not blindsided (though obviously we can't predict or control everything.)

Danielle was amazing through my entire pregnancy and especially during the birth of our son. She was patient with all of my questions and never made me feel like a question was silly and never made my husband feel ashamed or useless. I appreciated her knowledge behind the information she was providing, if she didn't know an answer she would help me either find an answer or find resources so I could find the answer that was right for me or our family.

I went into labor on my own at 39 weeks and delivered by c-section at 39+1 with her support the whole time. My husband was with me as well but we went into this knowing the chance of him being the dad that would pass out or would have to excuse himself at the sight of everything or of me being in pain was likely. He surprised all of us and was the support system I needed even through the hard parts.

I am so glad I had Danielle's support, if it wasn't for her helping me walk through some of the harder decisions of my pregnancy. I probably would have been talked into a c-section at 37 weeks and missed the birth experience I desired. My biggest fear was having to be put under general anesthesia and unable to meet our son with a clear head. She helped me advocate for myself before, during and even after birth.

If we are fortunate to be able to have another child, even if by c-section, I want Danielle by my side for all of it. She is amazing and I wouldn't go to anyone else!

Thank you Danielle!

Danielle Randell is an absolute God send! I can honestly say that my birth experience would not have been as beautiful and as sacred if she had not been part of it. I interviewed multiple doulas and remember thinking, “she is my person.” I could literally see myself laboring with her and decided to hire her for my birth. I knew I wanted an unmedicated, natural labor and delivery and since my significant other and I have no family in Arizona, I wanted to make sure we chose the right person. He wasn’t totally on board and felt like having a doula was more of a luxury than a necessity, but after our experience, he 100% agrees that having Danielle as our doula was not only necessary but it was so worth it. I also found an amazing midwife through Danielle and ultimately, the two of them together helped me have the most amazing experience. Danielle answered any question I had at any time, referred me to an amazing chiropractor, taught me literally everything about babies and childbirth (there is SO much I just had no clue about), labored at home with me, encouraged me during my delivery, and just took really great care of my significant other and I. I can’t express how much she did for us, honestly. Lol this testimonial would be pages long!! If I have anymore children, I know exactly who I’ll trust and hire again as my doula.

Danielle is an amazing doula! Her presence during the birth of our daughter was a tremendous help. This was my first pregnancy and I wanted to have an experienced and encouraging coach to help us along the way. In addition, I wanted to complete childbirth naturally with no medication. I found her coaching, and knowledge to be superior to my nurses. Danielle suggested laboring positions and made suggestions that were in my best interest. Danielle was a great cheerleader in moments where I thought I would not be able to deliver the baby. She is awesome and I recommend her highly. Thanks so much Danielle!

If you’re in search for a doula for one (if not the most) memorable and important times of your life and have come across Danielle, do yourself AND your partner a favor and hire her! She is absolutely everything I could have hoped for when hiring a doula and even more. Danielle loves what she does and it truly shows in everything she does. This was our first birth so we didn’t know what to expect and I will be honest without Danielle myself and my husband would’ve been very lost. She literally has everything under control. This woman is incredible! She literally hand fed me, constantly had my water right when I needed it, put me in all the positions possible to try to get my baby to scoot down. She did it all, but one thing that really resonated with me about Danielle is she never let my husband feel invisible. Not only did she care for me, she cared for my husband. She made sure he wasn’t thirsty or hungry, she made sure to let him know it was okay to get out and get some fresh air since she was there. When we first hired Danielle my husband was questionable, let me just say after our birth he was reminding me that our nurses were “not Danielle”. Although my birth didn’t go as I had planned it, I felt so safe, so supported and so heard having Danielle by our side. Danielle is someone every mama needs! We will definitely be hiring her again!

I was able to have my VBAC!

In full transparency: I am a nurse practitioner and I’m very selective of the providers of all my medical care. So, naturally I was selective of my doula as well. I had looked into a few different doulas but was not moved one way or the other so I looked for word-of-mouth. My OB recommended Kelly sunshine. When Danielle responded, and after having a great phone conversation with her, we set up an in person appointment. It is easy to see why Danielle comes so highly recommended from others. She was very easy to talk to and we immediately felt at ease. In talking with her it was obvious to see her heart was so very much into what she does - helping mamas birth beautiful souls into this world. Danielle was always assessable, anytime, day or night and encouraged me to reach out. The support she gave us was incredible. When it came time to have our son, she was everything I could’ve asked for and more. She helped present us with options to consider and offered interventions for the pain of labor and discomfort in real time as I experienced it. I am pleased to recommend Danielle as a doula and cannot recommend her highly enough. I wish I had her at the birth of my first child.

Danielle is the best. Hands down. She was an integral part of our birth team for both my son and my daughter. She helped to ease my anxiety going into my second L&D since I knew what to expect I was much more nervous! She was there every step of the way and  when it came time, used her knowledge of positioning and movement to help bring baby down quickly even with my epidural! I truthfully could not imagine a birth without Danielle there by our side and so grateful we had her for both my pregnancies during COVID.

Where do I even begin? Danielle was heaven-sent to us and I am so happy we found her for our doula services. During our first interview with Danielle, I quickly felt how sweet and caring she was and that she was full of knowledge. She answered all of our questions (which we had a lot, LOL); she was very in tune throughout the interview and she even noticed that I was very stressed/overwhelmed. We shared our faith and even some tears on the call, that is when I knew she was the doula for me. Throughout my pregnancy, she was there to answer my questions and support me through the rough patches. Danielle played a huge role in my labor and I couldn't have done it without her, she was amazing! She gave me so many pep talks and helped me to keep going when I thought I couldn't do it anymore. She has so much knowledge in spinning babies and she helped me get in many positions to move my baby around to be in the best position for birth. I had a very long labor and she was there the whole time! There are no words to describe the gratitude I have for her! She is truly an angel with a heart of gold, she is so nurturing and a great listener. If you are looking for a doula look no further because Danielle is your girl! Thank you again Danielle!

I am so grateful to have met Danielle and to have received all of her support during pregnancy, labor, and post partum! She was highly recommended by my OB, and after connecting instantly during our initial video chat, my husband and I felt relieved to have her guide us. This was my first pregnancy, and my labor was more challenging than anticipated. She identified immediately that my baby was in the posterior position, and  helped me into different positions to ease the pain and coax baby into the correct position. She was with us every step of the way throughout the entire twenty hour labor, and worked seamlessly with hospital staff. I really feel I would not have made it without her comforting guidance and strong reassurance. My husband and I truly wonder how anyone can get through labor without her! Additionally, Danielle readily provided advice and assistance throughout my pregnancy and during the post partum period. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and clearly in the right profession.  Her genuinely caring nature shines through in every aspect of her work. If you are even remotely considering working with a doula, I highly advise you to contact Danielle!

Danielle was amazing throughout my pregnancy. As first-time parents to be, my husband and I had plenty of questions for her on what to expect, next steps, as well as healthcare and facility options. Danielle was always quick to respond, available virtually around the clock, and she helped us feel ready leading up to the birth.
I was initially uneasy about having a "stranger" present at the birth, but truly cannot imagine going through the experience without Danielle by our side. Danielle is a calm, confident presence. She extremely professional and worked seamlessly with the hospital staff throughout the birth. My husband and I felt she made all the difference in making this a positive experience for both us. We would recommend Danielle to our closest friends and family without hesitation. We are so grateful we found her and cannot thank her enough.

At 36 weeks we decided to hire Danielle. She was referred to me through another friend who had used her for a previous birth, then I was referred to her again from my Chiropractor. After being told twice about her, I knew in my heart it was meant to be. Our first conversation we just clicked; she heard me, understood me, & already had my growing families best interest at heart. We hit the ground running!!! She helped me find resources last minute that I needed in order to achieve my ideal birth. She was aware of my previous traumatic birth (10yrs ago) and how I wanted a different story to tell lthis time, a positive one!! I dealt with prodromal labor for weeks, and Danielle never missed an opportunity to give me advice, and encouragement. At 40 weeks and 5 days I finally went into labor; and Danielle was a vital piece. I struggled with my baby being Sunny side up & not wanting to move, Danielle helped me get into different positions to help labor progress. When it came time to push, she knew when I needed to switch positions up to bring my baby into this world. My partner caught our baby & having Danielle next to me was so comforting. Not only was she by my side for 100% support but she managed to take breath taking photos & put together a beautiful birth timeline. I cant rave enough about Danielle & her dedication to her clients, you will always feel like her #1 priority no matter how many families she is helping. She puts her heart & soul into what she does and it shows. If your considering hiring a Doula, do not pass up the opportunity to work with the best; Danielle!!!!

Our one & only regret not hiring her sooner.

When I was initially researching doulas, a friend of mine told me she regretted hiring a doula...but boy am I glad I didn't listen to this advice!  Danielle was there for me every step of the way.  I'm not typically one to ask for help, but Danielle checked in on me often during the last month of my pregnancy and helped me solve issues that I would have just swept under the rug if I didn't have her help (like when my doc started discussing induction).  She helped me in preparing for labor, the hospital, and bringing home the baby. When the day came that I went into labor, she was the first call I made (at 5 am when my water broke!) and helped me to labor at home as long as I was able.  I achieved my goal of having an unmedicated hospital birth and I couldn't have done it without her!  She went above and beyond by standing up for what I wanted when I couldn't, pushing me through the pain when I thought I couldn't do it anymore, and even keeping my family at home connected to what was going on with us at the hospital.  Her photos were also amazing and something I'll cherish forever!   I will never be able to thank Danielle enough for all she did for me and my family!

I think it’s important to first know before reading this review is I have had two natural child births within 14 months of each other. The first was without a doula and the most recent was with Danielle as our doula.

My husband was first not on board with getting a doula, as he did not understand the point of having one when we have midwives, doctors and nurses at the hospital. Within 5 minutes into labor, my husband understood and said he would never go back!

Throughout pregnancy, Danielle was available to answer all my tiny to big questions on what was happening with my body. Even though I had just gone through a pregnancy, you forget a ton and every pregnancy is so different. She was so knowledgeable and quick to respond that I never felt uncertain through all the changes.

When I went into labor, Danielle showed up right away and got things at the hospital moving. She got the room set up, the oils flowing, and made sure I was comfortable and calm. She kept me motivated through labor, got me moving, in different positions, tried multiple methods to keep contractions going, and when I thought I couldn't go any more, she reminded me why I wanted the birth I had chosen.

She made sure my husband was involved the whole time and really gave him the confidence to coach me through the birth. She knew when she needed to step in and when she needed to step back.

Without Danielle, my daughters birth would have been a completely different experience, I cannot tell you how much she means to us and hope this helps someone make the decision to go with her because you will not regret it at all. This is what Danielle was meant to do in life and she is darn good at it!

I cannot imagine my daughter's birth without Danielle! She was one of the big reasons my birth experience was so beautiful. Her loving support and great instincts helped me feel comfortable, cared for and empowered all at once. She reminded me to breathe through all of the pain and uneasiness, trying different positions to help labor progress and move my baby into the ideal position for birth and encouraged my husband on how to support me. Along with coaching my husband and I, she took photos of the birth itself that I will forever treasure. I was able to have my dream birth with her support aside from my labor being induced (unmedicated VBAC with only 30 minutes or so of pushing). She followed up with me a few days after the birth at home, giving support and checking in with my healing and mental state. It's clear that this is what she is meant to do, and I'll never forget the lovely experience of working with her!

There are literally not enough amazing things to say about our experience with Danielle. She is a total professional at her job with an absolute heart of gold who goes above and beyond for her mamas. She walked with me through 9 months of pregnancy as a constant support system, answered all mine and my husband's crazy questions and was the most encouraging human through every up and down. She is SUCH a freaking rockstar and her passion and care for her mama’s is absolutely unmatched. I didn’t know what to expect hiring a doula, maybe something just as simple as extra support during labor but I am blown away by how much more of a gift she was throughout this entire process. The pep talks, the hugs and tears, the expectations, all of it, just wow. If you’re on the fence about Danielle and Sunshine Doula services- don’t walk, RUN, hire them. Best decision ever. I got a pretty beautiful soul of a friend through this pregnancy. Feeling immensely grateful she was a part of our sweet boy's crazy birth. Start to finish we had the BEST experience with her ??

I was told by my friend to inquire about Danielle's services for my next birth seeing as how my first birth fell short of my expectations. I got a quick response from her and immediately clicked with her personality. My husband was hesitant about inviting a doula to the birthing experience because he was very hands on the first time and wanted to be my primary support person again. Danielle was exceptional at acknowledging his request and provided ways for him to assist me best. The time period leading up to the birth was full of communication and we began generating a plan.
The actual birth and labor was perfect in my opinion. I opted for a natural birth at the hospital and that's exactly what I got! With Danielle's help we were able to move baby from an odd position to one preferred for birth quickly and efficiently. I was able to Successfully deliver a 9.5 lb baby boy vaginally with a tiny tear. I owe it all to my amazing doula and will most definitely be counting on her services for future deliveries!

The first time I spoke with Danielle was over the phone zoom appointment. She was the first and only doula that I interviewed. I felt an immediate connection with her and trusted her to help me through my pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum. She checked in on me throughout my pregnancy and always responded to my texts or calls immediately. Our home visit at 36 weeks was so informative and I felt very prepared for birth. From the moment labor started, she was there. I had a very long labor that lasted nearly 2 whole days and she was there through all of it. I even transferred from a home birth to the hospital and having her there eased all my fears. Every time that I felt I couldn’t keep going, she helped me get back on track. Danielle was by far the best “investment” we made throughout the pregnancy and birth. Not only was she an amazing doula, she became a friend.

We cannot recommend Danielle enough! Around 35 weeks we decided to look into doulas and were referred to Danielle by a couple of different people. My husband and I both clicked instantly with her and felt she would be a great fit. We had not been happy with our medical care so around the same time we were looking into different doctors to switch to, Danielle reassured us that it was not too late and gave us some great recommendations. From the moment we connected with Danielle, we instantly felt a weight lifted off our shoulders and knew that we were in good hands. With a new doctor and doula we were back in action!

Danielle was there every step of the way, answering all our questions and putting our worries at ease. She was informative and had amazing resources for everything from pregnancy to postpartum and everything in between.

My 38 week appointment ended in us being sent to the hospital to be induced, we called Danielle to let her know what was going on and she continued to be there throughout it all. She was in constant communication with both me and my husband and was ready to meet us whenever we felt we needed her. She arrived at the hospital and stayed for my long labor and delivery. She helped us understand our options when things arose, was very familiar with my birth plan and even did the small things, like went down to get our food or helped tidy the room. She was very loving and supportive through it all. Both my husband and I were so incredibly happy to have found her and I know we'll be hiring her for our next baby!

I was 36 weeks pregnant when I was told I would need a c-section because baby was breech. My doctor gave me no options and I felt like I wasn't being heard. Danielle helped me so much through her emotional support and offered me so much information. She introduced me to so many options to help flip baby. She is highly knowledgeable and even referred me to the perfect doctor, I couldnt have asked for better care. I felt like I was in good hands. Ultimately, she helped empower me to make informed decisions and allow me to feel that I did everything I could. I highly recommend Danielle, she is compassionate, caring, and extremely skilled at what she does.

Our experience with Danielle was amazing.  We were referred to Danielle by another couple we know that used her and so happy we reached out.  Even with short notice she was able to take us on as clients.  It was great from the beginning with being very informative and doing the initial consultation where we spent a couple hours going over everything on what to expect, what I want my birth to be like, what I want my husband to do, and different birthing positions to practice at home.  Our son decided to come a few days before his due date and that morning when I felt it was happening Danielle couldn't have been more supportive and we video chatted prior to her coming over.  Was great for us to do that as she could tell when the right time was to head over and then even more important the right time to head to the hospital especially in times like today.  This is our first child so it is all so new to both myself and husband but having Danielle with us made us feel so much more comfortable.  Once we were at the hosptial we were there for about 8 hours before Ethan joined the world and that entire time she was by my side advising both myself and husband on things we should try to keep things moving along smoothly.  We stuck to my plan that we had discussed the whole way through and having her by our side from start to finish was fantastic and I do recomend her to anyone who is looking for a doula.  We are in no rush for baby number two but when that does happen we will be calling Danielle again.

Danielle was the first doula my husband and I interviewed and we immediately connected with her warm, friendly and fun personality. She was light hearted when we needed light and extremely knowledgeable and resourceful when we needed answers and support. Danielle supported us through my over 40 hour labor which was extremely physically and emotionally draining, and she was there every step of the way when I transferred to a hospital. She packed my hospital bag without hesitation and helped navigate the hospital staff to make the transition as quick and easy as possible, all while making sure we still had a voice and knew our options throughout the remainder of my labor. After I delivered she helped me initiate breastfeeding immediately, and took the most beautiful photos we will cherish forever. She worked wonderfully with my husband, showing him additional ways to support me when it was needed and stepping in when he needed a break. We are so thankful for her continued support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum! Her patience and adaptability kept us calm through a challenging labor and we are forever grateful to have had such an amazing doula for the birth of our son!

I can't even think of the words to express how amazing Danielle is as a doula. She has been the most amazing source of love, encouragement, and help that I could ever imagine. It's hard to find someone who cares so much about what they are doing, but there is no doubt that Danielle loves what she does! She was the first one from my birth team to arrive while I was in labor and I honestly felt a wave of relief as soon as I saw her walk through the door. She provides a calming presence when you need one, even when you're right in the thick of things and it doesn't feel like it's going to get better anytime soon. She's helped me feel incredibly confident in this whole process. As a first time mom I honestly didn't/don't know exactly what I'm doing but with Danielles help I feel like I've got this! I cannot thank her enough for everything she's done. Not only for all the time and work she put in to make sure I had the best experience with birth but also for all the love and compassion she's given to me and my brand new baby girl. My husband and I will continue to keep her at the top of our list of people we want around for our little bundles of joy to come into this world!

Wow, where to begin? I remember meeting Danielle virtually and my husband and I had such a great vibe from the get go. She made us feel so comfortable in building her trust right away. Shortly after, we decided to move forward with her despite the possibility that she won't be with us in the delivery room due to Co-Vid. When I reached 36 weeks of pregnancy, Danielle came to the house to go over basically everything from labor to delivery and postpartum. She answered all of our questions and alleviated some anxiety that I was feeling about labor. She helped build confidence that I was lacking because of my fear of labor. A day before I was admitted to the hospital, Danielle came to the house to help me work through pre labor contractions. She also helped my husband and me with different positions that I can do to help move the baby towards a good position in the pelvis. Unfortunately, Danielle was not allowed to be with us in the delivery room, so we immediately video chatted her once we got to our delivery suite. I was about 6 cm dilated and she helped me progress through my labor by providing different labor positions. I labored for over 19 hours and pushed for 4 hours and Danielle was there for all of it. It was unbelievable the support she provided to me even though she was virtual. She was God sent and my husband to this day it was the best decision we had made during this whole experience. Up until now, Danielle still checks up to see how I was doing. She told me that her support doesn't just stop right after birth. I like to think of her more of a friend now rather than just a person we hired to get us through our experience. We are unbelievably happy that Danielle was a part of this journey with us and would highly recommend her to anyone!

When doing research on what a doula is, I kept coming across the fact that they were often referred to as "birth angels" and now I know why. From the minute I talked to Danielle on the phone for the first time, I knew I was in good hands. Danielle is one of the most warm and caring people in general and she has such a passion and gift for what she does. I was absolutely TERRIFIED for child birth as a first time mom, but the more Danielle educated me and answered all my questions, the more empowered and confident I began to feel. She does an incredible job at learning her clients. She does the work to understand exactly what you and your significant other need from her to have a successful and memorable childbirth experience. I was personally so thankful that she created a safe space for me to ask her any question under the sun at any time of the day to help ease any fears that arose throughout the process. Birthing at home with Danielle was such a peaceful and memorable experince for both my husband and I. We felt so much more calm/confident when we got to the hospital. Hearing her voice and having her coach me and support me during my birth was truly lifesaving. My birth did not go according to my plan, due to complications, I was forced to get an emergency C-section. Danielle did an incredible job at being such a rock for my husband and I and calming our hearts before I went into surgery. After birth, I still have yet to feel alone for one second. Danielle was more than willing to help right away and checked in on me often. I could not and nor would I want to imagine how my birth may have gone without her. She will forever be welcome in our home and when baby number 2 comes, I pray she'd be ready for round 2! :)

Where do I even begin with how extremely fortunate we were to have found Danielle?! After much research, I decided that I wanted to have an unmedicated birth experience and knew that a Doula was the way to make this happen. I spoke with four Doula’s in total, but instantly felt a connection with Danielle- there was no doubt in my mind that she was who I wanted at our birth. She was so knowledgeable, but most importantly, you could feel her calm and supportive energy. From the moment we hired her (and even before!) she was constantly, checking on not only me, but also my husband. Her level of care even before birth is above and beyond- she really knows how to make a first time mom feel special and cared for. At 30 weeks, we expressed our concern with a hospital birth due to COVID. Danielle was absolutely amazing and connected us with all the right people to make us feel confident in our decision to switch to a home birth. Then, from the moment my water broke, to everything in between, Danielle was mine and my husband’s biggest supporter. Even during moments where I thought I couldn’t do it anymore, Danielle was right there cheering me on and offering all the words of encouragement I needed to push through. She is the main reason I was able to accomplish the birth I had so hoped to have. Due to a tear, I needed to go to the hospital after the birth to get sutured- and Danielle even came with! She was by my side the entire time and made our birth experience the most amazing it could be. Since the birth, Danielle has checked in consistently and even stopped by for a home visit to make sure we were doing OK. I am forever grateful to have found Danielle, not only for her Doula services, but now also as a friend. I can not recommend her enough. Bonus- she takes beautiful pictures of the birth that we will forever cherish. Thank you Danielle for all that you did for us- you truly made an impact on our lives!

We can not recommend Danielle enough. She was the first doula we interviewed and we immediately connected. My husband was unsure if he was going to be comfortable having someone else at our birth and was afraid she would steal his thunder. He even agrees that she was 100 percent worth every penny. She was so supportive in the months leading up to our birth. We ended up switching from hospital to home birth and she was so helpful with finding an incredible midwife and adjusting our birth plan to home. She would text or call to check on me frequently through the last few weeks and reminded me to take care of myself. She was extremely knowledgeable on what to start taking and different things to do to make labor quick and less painful. She also helped me to flip my baby when she was breach. All of this was just leading up to the birth. She was beyond incredible during birth. My birth was incredibly fast so there wasn't a lot of time to do all the fun things but she was so supportive and knew what things I needed to hear to get through and to calm me down. What started as a professional relationship turned into a friendship. We still keep in touch and we are forever grateful that we chose her to be apart of our daughters birth story.

My husband and I were introduced to Danielle from Sunshine Doula Services during a birthing class at Banner Del E. Webb. It was something we had discussed before but after meeting Kelly and Danielle, we decided to hire Danielle as our doula for our first baby. She provided us a tons of resources and supplies to make my natural birth as smooth as possible. Often times I texted her or called her with questions and concerns and she was always quick to respond and get me the information I needed. Unfortunately with the COVID-19 pandemic hitting the country hard, restrictions were placed on our hospital that did not allow Danielle to join us for labor. Danielle was quick to solve this issue as sensibly as possible by suggesting she stayed in contact with us via live video chat during the entire duration of our labor process. My birth plan was a success with very minor setbacks. Danielle even provided us with a post partum visit and check-in, along with a photoshoot with our new baby. My husband and I are forever grateful for Danielle and what she did for us. It was a great investment that we will remember forever.

First time mom here. My husband and I hired Danielle early in our pregnancy as we had heard of the benefits of having a doula and wanted to pursue a natural birth. Fast forward to our birth month, and things were not going as planned. We found ourselves with a breech baby and likely c-section delivery during the COVID-19 crisis, which meant we were not going to be able to have Danielle at the hospital for our baby girl's birth day. Danielle was communicative and responsive leading up to our scheduled delivery date, providing resources like positions to help baby to turn head-down and options for us to consider for delivery of our breech babe. Ultimately, we decided on a c-section and were not able to have Danielle there for delivery, but Danielle's warm, caring, calm energy was really valuable leading up to birth day and the weeks after delivery where Danielle visited us at our home to provide post-partum support. She was quick to connect us with other professionals, such as a lactation consultant to help us in the breastfeeding journey and provided information to support our decision making.

My experience with Sunshine Doula Services was nothing shy of excellent! I was lucky enough to work with both Danielle and Kelly. Danielle helped me with everything leading up to my labor and delivery, she was available 24/7 and helped ease all of my nerves, and really made me feel comfortable with everything to come. Kelly was there for my labor and delivery and quite literally eased my pain with her knowledge and technique. I cannot express enough how easy the two of them made this day flow for my husband and I. I followed step-by-step everything they suggested and I truly had the best labor and delivery I could have possibly had..and it was 100% natural!

When we got pregnant, it didn’t even cross my mind that I wanted or needed anyone other then my husband as support during labor. However, after seeing all these pregnant moms talk about doulas I started looking into it. I spoke with and met other doulas before being referred to Sunshine Doula Services but none of them really felt “right”. Then we met with Kelly and Danielle and I just knew that they were exactly what we needed! To be honest, my sweet husband was not on board - he was actually kind of annoyed he didn’t “have a say” in this decision, but I ensured him ... neither of us have gone through this before and it will be so helpful for us BOTH. Well, just for the record, I was right! From the second Danielle walked into our delivery room, both my husband and I were sooooo relieved to have her there! She knew exactly what I needed and exactly what to ask the nurses for ... we both immediately felt more relaxed and ready to continue laboring. She was there throughout the entire labor delivery and even weeks after for questions and support. She was absolutely the best part of our support team and will be there for all future deliveries!

Danielle was the most Amazing doula throughout my birthing experience.  I literally feel like she will remain in my families hearts forever because of the impact she had during my labor and delivery.  The things I loved about our experience was that prior to and even after, she was always there to lend advice and was super kind and caring and made sure to check in on me!  I needed this as a clueless first time mom!  But the most impact I felt was during my labor and delivery.  She was so on top of making me feel better throughout the pain.  Helping me stay nourished and hydrated, using massage, helping me breath properly,  and applying pressure to help ease the pain.  Most of all, I was so happy to have her be my loudest cheerleader in guiding me to not only stay true to my birth plan, but to be able to push my baby out.  I believe that my water broke because of her using "spinning babies" method to get my daughter to head down the birthing canal.  At the end of my birth, I was in tears to Danielle and called her my birth angel.  I don't know how to picture the experience without her being there and I am so grateful we chose to go with her after interviewing multiple doulas.

I cannot accurately describe how thankful we are to have had Danielle as part of our birth team. From the first home visit my husband and I instantly felt comfortable with her and knew we could trust her instincts/expertise for our birth. She shared lots of resources about what to expect during the labor process and the first few days with a newborn. She asked what we were wanting out of our birth experience and our feelings about it. Over the next several weeks she would check in to see how I was doing/feeling. She encouraged me to share any feelings I was experiencing and as I did she coached me through them. It always felt as if I was speaking with a true friend when I would chat with her. When labor finally began Danielle gave the perfect advice until I told her I was ready for her to come over. As soon as Danielle arrived she jumped right into action to help comfort me. She stayed by my side for the whole time and provided cool rags, breathed with me, squeezed my hips, helped me into different positions and guided me through the pushing phase. Her care didn't stop after our baby was born though. Due to a severe tear I needed to be transferred to the hospital for stitches and Danielle immediately jumped to action again to call the people she knew at the hospital to arrange everything for me and keep things in line with the natural home birth I wanted so much. She came to the hospital with me and literally held my hand as I was stitched up. Over the next few days she followed up again to see how baby and I were doing/feeling and came by for a postpartum visit. The birth timeline and photos she sent after were just an added bonus to help capture the beautiful and raw memories of that day. My birth story and experience is as wonderful and beautiful as it was hugely in part to Danielle being a part of my team. I couldn't have done it without her and her compassion. We are forever grateful to have shared this experience with her.

As soon as we met Danielle we knew we wanted to hire her. From the get-go she was warm, welcoming, supportive & caring about what we wanted for our birth. There were never any judgements or pressure for any type of birth. After we hired Danielle she checked in on me the rest of the pregnancy. She answered all my questions & never made me feel like a burden. I got admitted to be induced at noon on Sunday Jan 26th. When my contractions started to feel more intense in the late afternoon, Danielle headed to the hospital. From that evening until about 11pm the next night, she was right by my side. She never left us which, for a tired & scared mama in pain, was very meaningful. When I wanted to give up, she gave me the strength to keep going and fighting for that baby girl. At one point the doctor’s told us we would need to start considering a C-section if the baby didn't move down & were given an hour to see what kind of progress she could make. During that hour Danielle worked her magic & put me into positions I would have never known to try or consider. I truly believe without Danielle I would have had to have a C-section that night. When the doctors checked me again our baby girl had moved down and I was just about ready to start pushing. We cannot recommend Danielle enough! She got me through the hardest 2 days of my life, & we owe our healthy baby girl to her supporting us & helping us throughout the whole process. When I broke down in tears, she let me cry & made me feel safe and supported. When I thought I couldn’t push any more she held my hand and told me how strong I was. I didn’t think I would want photos of the labor but she took beautiful ones. She also captured a wonderful timeline for us so we can remember each phase of the delivery. We will be hiring Danielle for our next baby without a doubt! We are so thankful she came into our lives and hope you can experience her talent as a doula!

Where do I even start? First of all she took me on very last minute after attending a birthing prep class at Banner Del Webb hospital and that was much appreciated. She met with my husband and I on a Sunday which I know is time for her to be with family but she squeezed us in and it was perfect. And from then on after deciding to hire her she's been my go to! She said I could text her with any questions and I sure did lol. I appreciated her opinions and recommendations on where to find research based facts. Once at the hospital during labor she was seriously my voice and knew exactly what I needed without even asking. She guided my husband in being there for me in ways he didn't know how which is totally understandable as we are first time parents. It was amazing and I will go to her for any other births in my future and I'll recommend her to everyone whose curious about a doula! I can't imagine having birth again without her.

Danielle is an amazing doula. I am so grateful to have found her. We interviewed several doulas before making the decision to hire Danielle. It was my first pregnancy, so I was super nervous about the birth. Danielle came to our home right after my water broke and provided much-needed support. It took about 24 hours to deliver the baby and Danielle was there the entire time. She was so experienced regarding breathing techniques after I start to feel the contractions, and what poses I should use to help the delivery go smoother. I can't say enough about how blessed I am to have her alongside my husband and I for our first baby delivery. I would highly recommend Danielle for anyone who is considering doula services.

Danielle is amazing. Labor/delivery is probably the hardest thing I've ever gone through and Danielle was there every step of the way. She was genuinely kind, loving, and attentive to my every need without having to ask. She knew how to help my labor pain and even helped me progress through her comforting words. She was very validating and knowledgeable. She was such a wonderful support to my husband and me. I would highly recommend Danielle as a doula without any doubts!
