Relevant volunteer or advocacy work: I attend Holistic Mom's Network meetings as well as ICAN (International Cesarean Awareness Network) meetings. I work with the Doulas of Greater Kansas City and attend their functions and fundraisers. I actively attend conferences and workshops relating to childbirth, childbirth education, prenatal and postpartum care, breastfeeding education, and holistic health care (to name a few).
Postpartum limits/restrictions: My postpartum services vary depending upon the circumstances of the mother/family. I would love to discuss your needs more in depth to determine if there will be limitations to my postpartum practice, but thus far I have not come across any limitations.

Once I have received my certifying number of postpartum doula clients my hourly fee will raise to $20 per hour. At this time I am offering services for $15 per hour, but will give a buy one get one free discount. *When 4 hours are purchased at regular price ($15 per hour), 4 hours may then be purchased at half off.
