Birth doula fee: $100 to $300 Fee details: I value my services at $300. A sliding scale is available for those unable to pay- I encourage people who are interested in doula care but find it cost-prohibitive to explore this option. I also barter for goods and services (for instance, a client of mine is a massage therapist and we are bartering for massage). I typically work out a payment plan with clients as well, including a partial deposit when the contract is signed and the rest over the span of the pregnancy.
