Relevant volunteer or advocacy work: Volunteer at Project H.E.A.L. Project H.E.A.L. (Health, Education, Access, Link) is an outreach program of Mid-Minnesota Family Medicine Center. It offers free health screenings and basic care at various Central Minnesota locations. The location I volunteer at is specifically focused on prenatal care for the uninsured/underinsured members of our community. I also run/volunteer my time to an online breastfeeding support group I own called MilkDrunk. I have owned this group for about 4 years now.

Birth doula fee: $350 Postpartum doula hourly rate: $25 Fee details: The deposit to retain my services as a birth doula is $175 and is due at our first prenatal visit. The other half will be due when baby makes his/her arrival! I don't require a deposit for postpartum services. I write out an invoice weekly and require payment at that time. Thank you!
