Client Testimonials for Kate Lynch
Rebecca Mack
I have been so grateful to have Kate at my side for two of my four births. Both of these births were homebirths. She was a quiet and encouraging support as I made my way through long and sometimes difficult labor, soothing my fears and helping me to remain focused on my goal. She really was invaluable both times as she used her calm nature and gentle guidance to reassure me of my progress and my capabilities. At my last birth, she walked with me around my neighborhood for hours, kneeling down behind me and allowing me to rest on her knee every time I had a contraction, as my husband supported me in the front. She reminded my husband of ways he could help me through the process, encouraged him to take breaks, eat and rest as well as me.
A week before my last birth, I thought I was in labor and Kate drove an hour, even after we had established that it wasn't real labor, just to walk with me and possibly coax my body into real labor! She spent several hours here, walking and talking and supporting me in the most needed ways.
She really was a wonderful help, a huge blessing, and I would recommend her to anyone.
