Area of practice: Lawrenceville, GAFrom the moment my water had broken, Nicole was available to us, providing helpful tips and encouragement over the phone. After 24 hours of ruptured membranes with no contractions, we decided to admit ourselves to the hospital, and Nicole was right there with us. She kept us encouraged and gave us confidence as we spent another 12 hours with very minimal birthing activity. We went for walks and kept up our energy and spirits. Nicole was very knowledgable and helpful when we suspected our baby might be posterior. She knew all the right moves and exercises to encourage the baby to turn. We went to sleep around 11 p.m. and our baby arrived at 2 a.m.! Nicole's hypno-doula techniques and tips on how to do the Abdominal Lift & Tuck, as well as other great suggestions, were a lifesaver. It was a great birth and I'm so grateful that Nicole was there with us to provide support, comfort and knowledge.

When our daughter Mackenzie was born March 13, 2010. (13 days past her E.D.D) She came faster than anyone could have expected or prepared for, but thanks to Nicole everything went as according to plan as my boyfriend and I wished for, no pain medications, no c-section, NO pain. My sister found Nicole on a site when I first found out I was expecting and she started looking for books and help on showing me what to expect in pregnancy and the birthing time, she found Nicole and her amazing library of birthing books, videos.. etc and we discovered not only was she a Doula but she was also a Hypno-teacher. as I read more and more about Hypnobirthing I became more excited because since I was little I ve always wanted a natural birth, and meeting Nicole gave me the confidence that I too could have an all natural birth. At the time my boyfriend and I were living in two end of Atlanta but she worked with us and made it possible to have both of us together in her Hypnobabies birthing class... on the day of our daughters birth Nicole did not recieve one phone call but two, once in the morning when she had to drive over 1hr to the hospital when I was sent home for false labor and again later that night when I really did go into labor, she came to my home and helped comfort me and rode with my family and I on our way to the hospital where we arrived shortly past 11pm and helped remind me to relax until our daughter was born at 12:02am... fast I know... but I wouldnt have changed asking Nicoles help for anything, I am proud to say she is not only an amazing Doula but an amazing friend as well :-)
Sincerely,

Nicole's support and guidance were invaluable, before, during and after the birth of our son. She coached me through the entire birthing process and I would not have been able to do it without Nicole's encouragement. She guided me through each pressure wave and encouraged me to utilize my hypnobabies tools. She was with us for two full days during the birthing process. We were hesistant to get a doula initially because we did not want to incur the additional cost but Nicole's help was well worth it. I would definitely recommend Nicole to other Moms who are looking for a doula.
