Birth doula fee: $150 to $450 Postpartum doula hourly rate: $15 to $40 Fee details: Fees are flexible and depend on my particular experience with your situation as well as any special circumstances you may have. My fees are low as a "new" doula, but I need to cover my direct costs to care for you, i.e., travel, parking, childcare, etc. I have years of experience in the postpartum field, so I charge accordingly. I can also care for older children as a professional nanny, and I have another nanny who can step in if you'd like.
