Birth doula fee: $600 to $650 Fee details: Birth doula fees include: monthly prenatal visits; complete continuous support during labour and birth; labour and birth photography with digital copy of photos; birth story; four postpartum visits, including one prepared meal. Additional postpartum visits are available at the rate of $20/hour (one hour minimum)
