I also volunteer my services to people who otherwise wouldnt be able to afford to have a doula present.

Any Home Birth I am a huge proponent of homebirth and had my last 2 children at home and am in the process of becoming a homebirth midwife.

Client Testimonials for Alyssa Ruben CD (MMCI)
Aimee Masi
Alyssa was our doula for the bith of our daughter in March 2012.
We were so pleased with Alyssa. She was very gracious from the moment we met. She was a great wealth of information during our pregnancy and was always kind with my many questions. Alyssa was very punctual on our birth day and very attentive during our labor process. She was very respectful and helpful with allowing my husband to be my main support and was there to help with the things that we could not get to. She was extremely helpful in capturing the moments with pictures and video so we can live that day over again as often as we'd like...we love being able to see the moment our daughter came into our life over and over again. Alyssa was also a huge help in our post delivery care. After a 21 hour labor, she stayed for several more hours to help with my care and assisted in all of the first moments after the birth. I think that anyone who has Alyssa as their doula would be very pleased, as we were.
