Shannon was my doula for my second birth. She was absolutely amazing! The first time I met with her I felt instantly comfortable. She was availble for me to call any time if I had questions or if I just needed someone to talk to. When I went in to labor, it came on very quick so me and my hubby zoomed over to the hospital and she was there in no time by my side holding my hand. I remember being scared and getting lost in my contractions and she was just telling me how welI I was doing and just being so mentally supportive to me since I didnt want much physical support at that time. I had a really intense, quick labor (maybe 2 hours) and she was wonderful in every way. She stayed and helped me breastfeed my baby ad came over to my house a couple times just to check on us and chat. Such a lovely, lovely person. I would most definitely use her again for my next baby and recommend her to anyone :)
