Birth doula fee: $300 to $500 Fee details: My fee includes two prenatal visits, continuous support during labor and delivery, an hour or so following delivery to help establish breastfeeding, and one postpartum visit. If you would like an extra visit either before or after birth, my fee is $400.00.
