Attends hospital births? All Hospitals I have had very positive experiences with all the hospitals within Albuquerque and find that most doctors and midwives are very open to the role of the doula. Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers Perfectly comfortable attending births at any birthing center Attends home births? Any Home Birth Perfectly comfortable attending home births with a certified midwife.
Birth doula fee: $300 to $600 Fee details: For the time being I charge 300 which includes 2 prenatal visit and 1 post partum visit. A deposit of $150.00 is requried at agreement signing and the remainder is due at the post partum visit or up to 7 days after the birth. Exta post partum visits at billed at 25 dollars an hour and work as a maternity nurse/night nanny/overnight doula for $100.00
